Chartlet.AI helps users upload datasets, generate charts, explore data, create dashboards, and produce AI-assisted analysis. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the services and your data complies with applicable law and any obligations you have to third parties.

Using Chartlet for an Organization
If you use Chartlet.AI on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Updates
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the website, product, email, or another appropriate channel. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
2. Accounts and Workspace Security
Account Information
You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and workspace.
Credential Security
You must keep passwords, API keys, access tokens, and other credentials confidential. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.

3. Customer Data and Content
Your Ownership
You retain ownership of files, datasets, prompts, dashboards, charts, reports, and other content that you upload or create in Chartlet.AI.
License to Provide the Service
You grant Chartlet.AI a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and create outputs from your content solely as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the services.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality, and permissions for data you upload. You must not upload data unless you have the rights and permissions needed to use it with Chartlet.AI.

License
Subject to these Terms, Chartlet.AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the services for your internal analytics and reporting needs.
Acceptable Use
You may use Chartlet.AI only in compliance with applicable law, these Terms, and any product documentation or plan limits that apply to your account.
Sensitive and Regulated Data
Unless your plan or separate written agreement expressly permits it, you must not use Chartlet.AI to process health records, payment card data, government identifiers, highly sensitive personal data, or data subject to specialized regulatory requirements.
Availability
We work to keep Chartlet.AI reliable, but the services may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, third-party outages, security issues, or events outside our control.
5. AI Outputs and Analysis
Generated Results
Chartlet.AI may generate charts, summaries, explanations, recommendations, forecasts, and other outputs using automated or AI-assisted systems.
Review Required
AI-generated and automated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
No Professional Advice
Chartlet.AI does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, or other professional advice. Insights are informational and should not replace qualified professional judgment.
Similar Outputs
Because AI and analytics systems can produce similar results for different users, outputs that are not based on your confidential content may not be unique to you.
6. Prohibited Activities
Misuse
You may not use Chartlet.AI to violate law, infringe rights, upload malicious code, send spam, harass others, misrepresent identity, or process data you are not authorized to use.
Platform Abuse
You may not interfere with service operation, bypass limits, probe or attack systems, scrape non-public areas, reverse engineer the services, or attempt unauthorized access.
Competitive and Resale Restrictions
You may not resell, sublicense, or provide Chartlet.AI as a service to third parties unless expressly permitted in writing. You may not use the services to build a competing product through improper access or copying.
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these restrictions are violated or if use creates security, legal, or operational risk.
7. Plans, Billing, and Taxes
Fees
Paid features require payment of the fees shown at checkout, in the product, or in an applicable order form. Fees are generally charged in advance unless otherwise stated.
Renewals
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method on file for recurring fees.
Taxes
Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and governmental charges, except taxes based on Chartlet.AI's income.

Except where required by law or expressly stated in a separate agreement, fees are non-refundable and credits are not provided for partial billing periods.
Data After Cancellation
After cancellation, access to paid features may end and customer data may be retained for a limited period before deletion. You should export any data you need before closing your account.
9. Intellectual Property
Chartlet.AI Property
Chartlet.AI and its software, design, trademarks, documentation, templates, and other materials are owned by Chartlet.AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

The services may include third-party services, open-source software, and integrations subject to separate terms from their respective providers.
10. Disclaimers and Liability
Service Disclaimer
The services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Chartlet.AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and providers from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Chartlet.AI is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
13. General Terms
If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
