Chartlet.AI uses plans and credits to manage uploads, storage, connectors, AI usage, team features, and billing access.

Upload limits

Plans can limit file size, dataset count, and how much storage your workspace can use.

AI credits

AI chat, analysis, and generation actions may consume credits depending on your plan and selected model.

Connectors

Connector availability, sync scheduling, and import volume can depend on plan and workspace quota.

Team features

Shared workspaces, member counts, and roles may depend on the active plan.

When You Hit a Limit

The dashboard can show quota banners, upgrade prompts, or disabled actions when a plan limit is reached. If you are not the workspace owner, ask an owner or admin to review billing settings.

Common Billing Actions

  1. Review your current plan and usage from settings.
  2. Open billing or subscription settings to manage payment and plan changes.
  3. Use the billing portal for supported invoice, payment method, and subscription actions.
  4. Review invoices and transaction history where available.
  5. Buy credit top-ups when your plan and account state allow it.

Credits

AI usage depends on available credits and plan rules. Free plans may be routed to upgrade instead of credit top-up purchase. Paid plans may show credit balances, top-up options, and transaction history.
