Security at Chartlet.AI

Chartlet.AI is built for business data. We use practical security controls to protect uploaded files, dashboards, reports, and account access.

Encryption

Chartlet.AI uses encrypted HTTPS connections for data in transit and relies on cloud storage protections for data at rest.

Access controls

Accounts, organization membership, and role-aware permissions help limit access to datasets, dashboards, billing, and settings.

Dataset isolation

Uploaded files, generated charts, dashboards, reports, and organization resources are scoped to the owning account or workspace.

Cloud infrastructure

The platform is designed around managed cloud services, repeatable deployment scripts, environment isolation, and operational monitoring.

Monitoring

Application health checks, logs, and error signals help us detect reliability and security issues quickly.

Data deletion

Users can delete datasets where available. Deleted content may remain in backups temporarily before routine expiration.

Your role in keeping data safe

  • Use a unique password and protect access to your email provider.
  • Limit workspace membership to people who need access.
  • Avoid uploading regulated or highly sensitive data unless your agreement permits that use.
  • Review AI-generated analysis before sharing it externally.
  • Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

AI and uploaded data

Some Chartlet.AI features use automated or AI-assisted systems to summarize data, recommend charts, explain patterns, and generate reports.

Those workflows may process dataset metadata, prompts, selected excerpts, or generated context through infrastructure and subprocessors needed to provide the feature. We describe this in more detail in our Privacy Policy.

You should review generated outputs before making business decisions or sharing results outside your organization.
