Datasets

A dataset is the source file or imported data that Chartlet.AI profiles, charts, and uses for AI-assisted analysis.

Dataset Lifecycle

  1. Create a dataset through upload or a supported import source.
  2. Chartlet.AI processes the file and detects columns, types, and patterns.
  3. Generated charts, profiles, and dashboards become available.
  4. You review, ask questions, export, share, or delete the dataset.

  • Move or transfer datasets between workspaces when your role allows it.

Workspaces and Ownership

Datasets belong to a workspace. Your ability to view, move, share, or delete a dataset depends on your workspace role and plan limits.
