Dashboards

Dashboards collect the generated charts and insights for a dataset so you can review patterns and prepare results for sharing.

Dashboard Workflow

  1. Open a processed dataset.
  2. Review the generated dashboard and identify the most useful charts.
  3. Add, edit, remove, or rearrange charts where the dashboard supports it.
  4. Use AI to ask follow-up questions or generate additional chart ideas.
  5. Export or share the dashboard only after the numbers and labels are reviewed.

What You Can Work With

Generated charts

Charts selected from the dataset profile, column types, and common analysis patterns.

Layout controls

Dashboard views can support grid and list review, plus drag and resize behavior in supported areas.

Pinned AI charts

Useful AI-generated charts can be added back to the dashboard for later use.

Sharing and embeds

Dashboards can be shared publicly or embedded when sharing controls are enabled for the dashboard.

Before Sharing a Dashboard

  • Move the most important metrics near the top.
  • Remove charts that are duplicated or not useful.
  • Check chart titles, labels, currencies, and date ranges.
  • Confirm the dashboard audience should see the underlying data.
